There is a linear relationship between training/skills acquisition and improvement in human behaviour. Training in the training circle helps the trainer and the trainee to understand the peculiarities and training needs. The result of leadership training in the training calendar of training companies with respect to the quality of the training and the result delivered cannot be over emphasized.
